For most of us, it has been too long. We get wrapped up in narratives about ourselves that are unloving and unhelpful. We start making decisions out of habit or fear instead of joy and trust. This gets in the way of our true potential, the paths we’re meant to walk, and ultimately, our personal peace and happiness… which is not what we want.
